I have been a Personal Trainer for 12 years and am so thrilled to have a job I love! I believe that fitness is more than just glossy photos of muscled women in bikinis. It's more than eating “good food” and “bad food”. It's more than beating your poor body into oblivion. To me, fitness is about being strong. It's about being an active participant in your own life. It's about being able to play with your kids. It's about being mentally strong and powerful. It's about being able to open your own jars, lift your own suitcases (yeah!!) Its about everything (yes everything) in moderation.
